This tour stop promises to be a fantastic event filled with delicious moments and opportunities to connect.

Williams Sonoma Presents: Natasha’s Kitchen Book Tour

Mark your calendars and prepare for an unforgettable experience. This is more than just a book signing; it’s a chance to delve into the heart of my kitchen, hear stories behind the recipes, and maybe even snag a cooking tip or two! I’ll be sharing some of my favorite dishes from the book and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we can all connect over our shared passion for food.

Williams Sonoma Presents: Natasha’s Kitchen Book Tour LogoWhile I can’t share the specific recipe being demonstrated during the Williams Sonoma event (it’s a surprise!), I can give you a taste of the kind of deliciousness you can expect by sharing one of my go-to recipes from the book: Natasha’s Famous Garlic Noodles!

Natasha’s Famous Garlic Noodles

These garlic noodles are quick, easy, and incredibly flavorful. Perfect for a weeknight meal or a crowd-pleasing side dish. The secret is in the combination of fresh garlic, butter, and a touch of soy sauce. Get ready for a flavor explosion!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional, but highly recommended!)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using).
  5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Toss the spaghetti to coat it evenly with the sauce. Add a little of the reserved pasta water if needed to create a creamier sauce.
  7. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy! These are fantastic on their own or served alongside grilled chicken or shrimp.

I’m counting down the days until the book tour stop and the opportunity to meet all of you wonderful food enthusiasts! I can’t wait to share my culinary journey and celebrate the joy of cooking with you. Keep an eye on my social media channels for more updates and details about the event. See you there!

Remember to check the Williams Sonoma website for registration and details about attending! This is going to be a memory we make together!
